Church Special Announcement

Hello Rolling Hills Church family. It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you that Stan Bridges has passed away. He was discovered in his home after some from our church initiated a wellness check on him. The medical examiners still have not made it to the house, so there is not a lot of information to be had right now.

 

His dog was found alive and is being checked over by the authorities. One of the paramedics said she would take the dog if need be. As you likely know, Stan's family was our church.

 

He had very little close or extended family in his life. We will miss Stan's always smiling presence in worship with us as he would always state how blessed and happy he was to be around his church family worshipping God.

 

We will miss his heart to serve and help as he was able. But, we are thankful that though Stan is gone from us now, we have the faith, knowledge, and hope that he is present with His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Though we will miss Stan, we rejoice that he has heard the words that all of us hope for: "Well done, My good and faithful servant."

As funeral arrangements are made, we will be sure to pass on any information to you. Please be in prayer for us, Rolling Hills Church - Stan's family, as we process through this time together.
